I joined in 2013 as the founding member and now I head up strategy for the team, with a focus on product innovations, design, and storytelling.<\/p>\n<p>My favorite part of the job is traveling around the world to do cultural \/ anthropological \/ design research on how people in different regions cook differently, and synthesizing that research into product design concepts!<span id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1425866519572_325\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>My team&#8217;s proudest accomplishments at Meyer have been:<br \/>\n+ Winning two Red Dot Awards for Product Design in 2021<br \/>\n+ Winning the Pentaward Bronze 2021<br \/>\n+ Designing our company&#8217;s innovation labs<br \/>\n+ Rebranding of one of our key brands for a new online era, and giving it a design philosophy worth believing in<br \/>\n+ Building a truly innovative product portfolio for that brand<br \/>\n+ Creating a robust design research process, centered on the user experience, with meaningful innovations as the ultimate goal<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re using human-centered design techniques and barrier-breaking attitudes in our projects to do things no one else in the industry is doing.
